Who is SHAN ? SHAN is an Internationally Renowned Canadian Flagship Brand that manufacture and sell Ready-to-wear, Swimwear and Resort wear around the globe. The “Made in Canada” authenticity of SHAN’s products distinguishes them from the competition. By combining technical know-how, a flawless handmade production and a particular attention to detail, the company is able to create innovative and high quality garments.

Our collaboration with SHAN goes back to August 2017 when we were first mandated to fix and maintain their first eCommerce platform on Magento 1. After 2 years of tears and sweat on their unstable eCommerce, time was come to embrace the next step in order to support their vision and growth. We therefore killed two birds with one stone when we replatformed their eCommerce from Magento 1 to Magento 2 in addition to completely revamped their user experience and design to make the brand shine online.

A complete replatforming of the eCommerce and a brand new design to glamourize their online presence

Notre approche

This project has definitively been a textbook case of our expertise and knowledge in term of eCommerce. After our usual thorough strategy phase with SHAN's team, we putted all our skills into work to build a solid and stable platform with a stunning new design in a timely manner.


Based on SHAN's vision and art direction, our design team crafted a glamour, but yet super functional desktop/mobile user experience, including a clear navigation, nice-looking landing pages as well as super quick purchase funnel. This complete new design allowed SHAN to finally reconcile the elegance of their products with their online platform.


Replatforming from Magento 1 to Magento 2 was a special accomplishment and a great satisfaction for us as we inherited of an unstable platform and had to maintain it for years. It gave us the opportunity to fully showcase our eCommerce skill and bring the SHAN online presence to another level as well as cement our close collaboration with the brand.
